As your Stress Resiliency Coach, I integrate my certified training of holistic wellness, trauma-informed coaching and adrenal health to help you increase energy, create more you-time, and encourage soul-level healing.
My approach is centered around the ‘less is more’ lifestyle, combining holistic health and wellness practices to help my clients enjoy the life they’ve worked so hard to create.
