MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Let’s face it…prioritizing your health and wellness can get expensive. And because I believe that everyone deserves the ability to support your wellness goals, I offer two affordable monthly coaching subscriptions!
Make your health a priority by adding it to your monthly budget, just like the gym, health insurance or groceries.
Transformation Plan | $100/month
- (1) 90-minute coaching session per month
- Best suited for first-time coach-ees or mid-transformation rockstars
- Coaching sessions can roll into the next month if not used
- Custom program for your personal burnout journey will be created and followed, at a monthly cadence
- Additional coaching sessions can be purchased as needed (full 90-min or 30-min power sessions available)
- Email / text support between sessions
- Access to all program materials, including info sheets, blueprints, worksheets and more!
- Pause or cancel anytime.
Care Plan | $50/month
- (1) 45-minute session per month
- Best suited for program grads or wellness warriors needing on-demand support
- Sessions are use-or-lose (credits cannot rollover)
- Additional coaching sessions can be purchased as needed (full 90-min or 30-min power sessions available)
- Email / text support between sessions
- Access to all program materials, including info sheets, blueprints, worksheets and more!
