In my Putting YOU First program, you’ll learn how to get grounded in true self-care, learning how to prioritize yourself and your unique needs so you can enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to create. As Audre Lorde so beautifully put it, “self-care is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation.”

After spending my entire life caring for (and about) the needs of others, I’ve finally grasped that I am worthy of caring for myself. That I deserve to rest, and feel good, and do healthy things that look different for me every single day. This allows me to love, do, volunteer, give, and coach from a beautiful place of overflow.

In my program, you will:

  • Assess your self-talk and rewrite negative beliefs
  • Embrace why self-care is necessary and how it fuels us
  • Learn how to get more you-time in your already busy schedule
  • Create a YOU-First plan that will prioritize your amazing self and become more stress-resilient
